Company portal

Paste your company API key (sk_live_…). It is kept in this browser tab only and sent as a Bearer header, never in a URL.

This key grants full API access to your company account: orders, webhooks and other API keys. Use a dedicated key for the portal (create one in the API keys tab) so you can revoke it without touching your integration.

Drop (customer)

Coordinates can be left out only if address geocoding is enabled on the server; otherwise the API answers 400 and says so. A quote always needs pickup and drop coordinates.

Upload a CSV with a header row; each row becomes one order and is validated on its own, so a bad row does not stop the rest. Up to 100 rows are processed immediately; larger files (or with "process in background") are queued and tracked below.

Verify signatures

Each POST carries x-timestamp and x-signature: sha256=HMAC(secret, `${timestamp}.${rawBody}`) (plus x-signature-previous for 24 h after a rotation). Dedupe on x-event-id; use data.version to ignore stale events.

For your customers' personal data (name, phone number, address, notes, delivery photos and signatures)
            your company is the data fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act: you decide why it is collected and you
            answer your customers' requests to see or erase it. We process it on your behalf, and redact it automatically some time after delivery.
            Look a customer up by the phone number used on their orders. Every export and erasure is logged (with only the last 4 digits of the number).
